Large Group Catering Menu

Marbarita Catering is Mother's Cantina's off-site catering company. Our scratch-kitchen team will cook your group's meal to order, package each platter carefully in sustainable packaging, and deliver right to the table you plan to serve from. We can typically prepare and delivery your order with 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation. 

Appetizer Platters

SANTA FE ROLLS $32
With roasted chicken, cheese, black bean, and roasted peppers & corn. Served with spicy ranch dipping sauce. Serves 5-7. 

QUESDADILLA PLATTER $40
With your choice of filling (beef, chicken, chorizo, veggies (V), black or pinto bean (V), portabella (V). Served with sour cream. Serves 5-7.

CHIPS & GUACAMOLE $40
Fried corn tortilla chips served with Mother's Cantina guacamole. (V) Serves 5-7.

CHIPS & QUESO DIP $40

Five pounds of fried wings tossed in Hot, Medium, Mild, or BBQ. Served with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Serves 5-7.

HOUSE SANTA FE SALAD $27
Chopped lettuce, bell pepper, shredded cheese, corn salsa, and pico de gallo. Served with ranch, blue cheese, or toasted sesame dressing. Serves 5-7.

CHICKEN TENDERS & FRIES $30
Five pounds of hand cut chicken tenders breaded and fried, served with boardwalk style hand-cut fries. Served with honey mustard and ketchip. Serves 5-7.


Main Platters

TACO PLATTER $40
Seven tacos served on house-pressed flour or gluten free soft corn tortillas with lettuce, pico de gallo, and shredded cheeses. With your choice of filling (beef, chicken, chorizo, veggies (V), black or pinto bean (V), portabella (V). Served with sour cream.
Serves 3-5.

BURRITO PLATTER $40
Five burritos (can be sliced in half for sharing) with your choice of filling: chorizo, pulled chicken, beef, grilled veggies (V), portabella mushrooms (V), or spinach (V). Your filling with shredded cheese, enchilada sauce, pinto beans, cilantro and jalapeno, and Spanish rice rolled in a house-pressed tortilla and grilled.

ENCHILADA PLATTER $46
Ten enchiladas with your choice of filling: chorizo, pulled chicken, beef, grilled veggies (V), portabella mushrooms (V), or spinach (V). Your filling is rolled with shredded cheese, cilantro, jalapeno, and topped with chile sauce and cheese, and baked. Served with Spanish rice (V) and pinto or black beans (V). 

CHICKEN FAJITA PLATTER $60
Sliced grilled chicken breast over grilled vegetables. Served with 20 house pressed flour or corn tortillas, lettuce, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and sliced lime. Serves 3-5

STEAK FAJITA PLATTER $72
Sliced flame-grilled steak over grilled vegetables. Served with 20 house pressed flour or corn tortillas, lettuce, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and sliced lime.

Steamed chipotle lime shrimp over grilled vegetables. Served with 20 house pressed flour or corn tortillas, lettuce, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and sliced lime. Serves 3-5
